We are delighted to welcome a new member to our group, Conrad Pratt!

During his PhD he aims to mprove our understanding of language barriers to the generation, external consumption, and implementation of research in the environmental sciences in Japan.

Conrad is originally from Nova Scotia, Canada, and holds a B.Sc. in Environmental Science and Ecology & Evolutionary Biology from the University of Toronto, and an M.Sc. in Biological Oceanography from Dalhousie University. He is also an avid language learner, speaking Japanese, Korean, and French.
